Reiki - Level One
This is a one-day course from 9.30am to 4pm. It aims to give you an understanding of Reiki, theory and practical elements being covered. You will receive your Reiki 1 attunment. Hand positions for self treatment and others are demonstrated and practised.
The only course requirement is the desire to learn and benefit from Reiki and healing.
During the day you will learn:

What is Reiki and its benefits

History of Reiki

An understanding of Chakras

Code of ethics when treating others

How to give yourself a Reiki treatment

How to give another person a full and a short Reiki treatment

Hand positions will be demonstrated and practised

Reiki associated techniques demonstrated and practised

Reiki energy exercises demonstrated and practised

Introduction to Reiki 2
You will receive a comprehensive manual covering all the course content
The theory is generally delivered in the morning, including meditation before the Reiki 1 attunement process. The afternoon is a more practical session, demonstrating the hand positions and giving you the opportunity to practise with support of the tutor, allowing you to become more confident with your new skills.
A certificate of attendance will be issued to you at the end of the day.
Reiki Level 2
At this level of training you will be given the Reiki symbols that are part of the Reiki tradition.
They are to be kept confidential and are only revealed to those who have taken Second Degree Reiki and received attunement that empowers them.
You will learn how to develop your own personal relationship with the symbols and how to activate them.
Cost £200 (£50 discount applies if you have achieved your Reiki 1 with the West Shires School)
Deposit of £80 with the Registration form please and the balance payable not later than 5 days prior to the course date.
