REFLEXOLOGY REFRESHER
Reflexology Refresher for West Shires trained Reflexologist's or VTCT Level 3 trained Reflexologists
Date: Sunday 11th October 2026
Cost: £185. Deposit £85
Time: 9.30am - 5.00pm

IMPORTANT NOTE : This workshop is for those people who have previously qualified as a Reflexologist to a minimum of Level 3 either with Cheryl Hawkes at the West Shires School or have done a Level 3 VTCT course. If you have done a course online or a course that was not an Ofqual Level 3, then this workshop is not for you.
Who is this workshop for?
Many therapists take a break from practice after qualifying, whilst others simply feel they would benefit from additional and up-to-date guidance and confidence building before working with clients. This workshop has been designed to provide a supportive environment where you can revisit key skills, ask questions and regain confidence in your abilities.

What will be covered?

Reflexology techniques and sequencing. Reviewing zones therapy, thumb/finger walking and supporting the foot correctly.

Locating specific reflexes to confidently deliver a full treatment. Revisiting foot charts and anatomy of the feet.

Consultation, communication and treatment planning, record keeping

Contraindications and precautions

Treatment set up, preparation.

Professionalism and Code of Practice and Ethics

Legislation & Business: ensuring compliance with current laws, including GDPR, health & safety and professional practice management.

Reviewing an effective and timely practical treatment from start to finish to build confidence and receive practical tips and advice from tutors.
