This is a beginners workshop for all therapists who work in any hands-on therapy and will give an understanding of why being able to correctly assess postural imbalance is an important diagnostic technique as it can affect a great many pathologies.

We will cover: 

• standing, sitting and walking postures

• how to recognise postures

• easy tips on how to guide client's to improve posture
