What Is Manual Lymphatic Drainage?

The techniques follow the body’s natural lymphatic drainage pathways and are designed to support the movement of lymphatic fluid throughout the body. MLD is a gentle and deeply relaxing treatment designed to support normal lymphatic movement and the body’s natural fluid-management processes. It can also be used to help manage discomfort, fluid retention and swelling where appropriate.
