Complementary and Therapy Training Wales​

The VTCT Level 2 Award in Wax Depilation is a qualification that has been specifically designed to develop your practical skills in how to remove hair using waxing techniques.

By the end of the training you will be competent in waxing 

Eyebrow, Underarm,  Half leg, Bikini line, Full leg, Upper lip and Chin 

​

You will also be confident to work professionally with client's safely and professionally, having had in house salon experience, and can use this skill to enhance your current practice as a therapist or to gain employment within a beauty salon or spa.

The group will be kept to a maximum of 6 students and so you will receive excellent attention from the tutor, Stacey Jones, who is herself a highly experienced therapist and beautician, and who was shortlisted for the Welsh National Wedding Awards in 2017.

Health and Safety Practice in the Salon

Client Care and Communication in Beauty related industries

Remove hair using waxing techniques

 

Dates:    29th and 30th May - with a further assessment part day/evening to be arranged for final assessments

Assessment:  2 multiple choice question papers, 3 short written workbooks with short answer questions and practical  assessments.
