Using Essential Oils in the Home Workshop

Time : 9.30am - 4.30pm
During this workshop, you will learn about a range of Aromatherapy Essential Oils that can be used in everyday life, covering a wide variety of opportunities, including the topical issue of antiviral protection.
We will be looking at the different classifications and personalities of these oils, considering their physical and emotional benefits, enhancing health and well being on a very natural level.
Key areas covered:
The uses of carrier oils and some of the most versatile essential oils - also a look at anti virals
How essential oils are used
When to use essential oils and how to use safely with a variety of uses
How to make your own personal blend
Which oils are suitable for various ailments, e.g.
o Muscle aches & pains
o Digestive problems
o Skin problems
o Hormone imbalance
o Stress, tension, anxiety, fatigue, insomnia and many more
o Coughs and colds
You will be provided with a folder containing various useful handouts discussed during the day.
Cost of day workshop: £25
You will receive a certificate of attendance.
Anyone over the age of 16 may attend this one-day workshop. There is no written exam or test. This workshop is delivered for use personally, friends and family. You will receive an attendance certificate, however this does not cover you by insurance. If you are wishing to work with the general public, you will need to complete a diploma course.
