This one day workshop provides a comprehensive overview of the Bach Flower Remedies, which were developed by Dr. Edward Bach in the 1930s. Dr. Bach's search for natural and safe substances led him to discover 38 flowering plants, trees, and special waters that contain properties to address emotional and psychological stress. The remedies are not used for physical complaints, but rather for underlying emotional and psychological issues. Join us to learn more about these simple and harmless remedies.

Dr Edward Bach's Interpretation of the way the Flower Remedies work:

The action of these remedies is to raise our vibrations and open up our channels for the reception of the Spiritual Self; to flood our natures with the particular virtue we need, and wash out from us the fault that is causing the harm.  They are able, like beautiful music or any glorious uplifting thing which gives us inspiration, to raise our very natures, and bring us nearer to our souls and by that very act to bring us peace and relieve our sufferings.  They cure, not by attacking the disease, but by flooding our bodies with the beautiful vibrations of our Higher Nature, in the presence of which, disease melts away as snow in the sunshine.

There is no true healing unless there is a change in outlook, peace of mind, and inner happiness

What is included in the day:

  • Understanding the origins of the Bach Flower Remedies

  • See how the flower remedies fit into the concept of vibrational healing

  • Appreciation of the energy of emotions

  • Understanding the seven flower groups as they relate to negative emotions

  • The 7 helpers and the 12 healers

  • Start becoming familiar with the 38 remedies within the 7 groups

  • Understand how the negative emotions can be replaced by the positive equivalent

  • How the remedies are made originally

  • How to make up a remedy

  • Understand the relationship between emotional issues and physical manifestation of symptoms

  • Be able to take a consultation

  • Formulate a treatment plan and prepare an appropriate remedy

  • Checking choices using simple kineisology muscle testing or dowsing

Therapists who are interested in incorporating this modality into their treatment options are welcome to join this course. Adding a practical element to help clients at the emotional level can be highly beneficial.

While the tutor's Remedy kits will be available for use during course, it is important anyone using and offering Bach Flower Remedies to have their own kit. The Crystal Herbs kit is currently the cheapest option available.  Once purchased the kit will last you a long time.
