Everything is energy, both positive and negative. Do you take on other people's emotions, get drained easily, and find it hard to make decisions? Learning how energy affects you and how to manage it, gives you balance and freedom, emotionally, mentally and physically.

This course teaches you how energy affects you and what you can do about it.

·    Clearing the energy of self, work and home 

·    Protecting self, work and home

·    Building confidence and self-esteem

·    Reducing stress, irritability, anxiety

·    Letting go of worries, fears & anger

·    Developing kindness towards self and others
